June 10, 2009: Diamond Windows & Doors would like to congratulate the Discovery Communications Group for their recent awards at the New England Direct Marketing Association's (NEDMA) 2009 Awards for Creative Excellence. Discovery Communications has been providing its marketing services to Diamond Windows for over a year and we are proud that their work on our company's folders and brochures helped them capture one of the three gold awards bestowed on them on award night.

April 24, 2009: Our 2000 and 3000 Series windows have been retested in order to meet the criteria for energy efficient windows in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (otherwise known as the Stimulus Bill). April 22, 2009: An amendment has been made to the original American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Energy Star windows WILL qualify for the $1500 tax credit for new windows.

February 17, 2009: The passing of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act includes a $1500 tax credit for qualified windows. This is an increase over the $500 in tax credits that was already in effect.

January 1, 2009: As a result of the $700 billion bailout plan, homeowners with Energy Star windows installed in 2009 are once again able to claim tax credits. This incentive was last in effect in 2007, but was discontinued in 2008.

December 2008: Diamond Windows upgrades its windows to a higher performance Low E glass. In addition, all glass panes will be double strength or higher.

August 1, 2008: Diamond Windows re-launches its new and improved website.
